Charlotte Marian Pearson

With over 20 years of experience spanning teaching, youth work, management, and the emergency services, I’ve built a broad skill set that now informs the work I do as a consultant and advocate. Before focusing on advocacy and inclusion for the past decade, I also owned and managed my own business and worked extensively in events, modelling, fashion, branding, PR, and content creation. Client & Partner Testimonials

I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with a variety of organisations, businesses, and professionals across different sectors. Their feedback reflects the positive impact of our work together. Here’s what some of my valued clients and partners have to say about our collaborations and the outcomes we’ve achieved.

“Charlotte Pearson, a neurodiversity expert, brought a unique perspective to DS Live, sharing her vast expertise, knowledge, and invaluable insights on neurodiversity. Charlotte's engaging talk enlightened us on the pivotal role of assistive technology in school settings, demonstrating how it serves as an invaluable tool for every learner. Her ability to connect with the audience and provide practical, actionable advice was remarkable. Thanks to Charlotte, resellers now have a deeper understanding of how to support diverse learning needs, making her session a highlight of the event.”

— Scott Richardson, General Manager, Douglas Stewart.

“In the time I have known Charlotte I have been so impressed with her determination and passion to make a positive impact on so many through honest and heart-felt communication. What Others Are Saying

I’m grateful to have worked alongside incredible parents and carers within the community group I started. Their trust and feedback mean the world to me, and I’m proud to share some of their thoughts. These anonymous reviews highlight the impact we’ve made together, and I hope they give you a sense of the support and empowerment I strive to provide for all families

“Charlotte is a role model for all around awareness of neurodiversity. Charlotte shows such incredible determination and passion to share her own experiences for the better of others which allows her to be a fantastic spokesperson for these topics. Charlotte is also a wonderful mother and clearly wants her children to have a great life as well as supporting others to do so. ”

— Anonymous Parent Carer

“Charlotte advocate hard for her children and genuinely cares about other families with similar challenges or even different challenges to her and her family. Charlotte doesn’t know me but I know she cares about me and my autistic son and our well-being. I know she cares about us having equal opportunities, lovely and easier experience, knowing correct information and our rights. I just know this. Following her page has made me a more confident mum, now when I advocate for my own child, I don’t get overwhelmed and cry I am stronger and know exactly what needs to be said and done. She has given me confidence she doesn’t even know about as I hardly interact on social media other than like posts. I’m grateful to have found her on an Instagram love and then follow her”

— Anonymous Parent Carer

“Charlotte openness and honesty are what have enabled her to reach so many people - there is no sugar- coating and she talks about the positive ma and negatives of being an ND parent of ND children. Having been part of the network that she created, I have seen how her energy for positive change has Motivated others, and led to parents improving their knowledge, understanding and resilience. She understands fully the importance of community and peer support, as well as the premise that we are stronger together”

— Anonymous Parent Carer

“Charlottes lived experience places in an entirely different category, she is very knowledgeable and without knowing it a sheer force of power to inspire others, she is a grieve advocate of her own children but will happily help anyone else who needs it. She’s been clapping for others for around ten years and continues to do so. She is unaware of her energy and presence and as a neurodiverse person her out of the box thinking and creativity needs to be recognised and celebrated. Charlotte is one of life’s one off she is passionate about helping others and places her own needs last always. For Charlotte nothing is out of the question with reasonable adjustments time effort and thought.”
