Brands I've Partnered With

I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with some incredible brands, each partnership reflecting a shared commitment to diversity, inclusion, and positive representation.

Here are just a few of the amazing brands I’ve had the pleasure to work with.

Let’s collaborate and bring your vision to life.

Modelling & Public Speaking

I’ve had the privilege of working on a wide range of modelling and public speaking projects that centre inclusion, visibility and representation—across fashion, culture, public campaigns and professional platforms.

My modelling work has included representation-led campaigns and partnerships with brands such as:

Vogue, Sephora x Haus Labs (walking runway in both London and Paris), TfL (poster campaigns across the entire London transport network), Madame Tussauds & Merlin Attractions, Hampton Court Palace (my personal favourite), Shakespeare’s Globe, the Design Museum, Wellcome Collection, McDonald’s UK, and Boots No7.

Modelling for Hampton Court Palace’s Accessibility Guide
One of my favourite campaigns to date — I had the honour of modelling for Historic Royal Palaces to showcase accessibility at the iconic Hampton Court Palace. The visuals are stunning, and it was so special being part of something that helps make history more inclusive.

Some of these projects have been family-facing and deeply personal—representing alongside my children in campaigns for McDonald’s, Madame Tussauds and more. My son has also modelled in Christina Aguilera’s ‘Beautiful’ music video and campaigns for Cadbury, while my daughter has appeared in representation work for Scope.

Whether it’s walking the runway, fronting an access-led campaign or standing in spaces people like me were never meant to be—every shoot and partnership is about more than aesthetics. It’s about representation that makes people feel seen.

On the speaking side, I’ve delivered talks and keynotes for organisations including:

  • Barclays: Speaking on neurodiversity and mental health in the workplace

  • Douglas Stewart: Exploring the benefits of educational and assistive technology in SEND and beyond

  • Citizens UK: A powerful campaign which led to increased funding for SEND families and carers

  • ImROC: Supporting their charity launch and contributing to the formation of their dedicated neurodiversity team (more on this under the Consulting & Strategy section)

In June 2025, I’ll also be speaking on stage at Cannes Lions—joining an international platform to share insight and challenge the industry to do better.

This work allows me to shift narratives both visually and vocally, using every opportunity to champion meaningful, inclusive representation.

Consulting & Strategy

I support organisations, brands and community leaders to embed meaningful inclusion into everything they do—from internal processes to public-facing campaigns. My work is grounded in both lived experience and strategic insight, helping teams move beyond surface-level inclusion to make real, lasting change.

Through The MosaiQs and SHARDS, I’ve worked across education, health, business, and culture—offering consultancy that’s people-focused, impact-driven and always rooted in reality.

Some of the organisations I’ve supported:

  • Barclays
Delivered talks and advisory input around neurodiversity and mental health in the workplace, and worked directly with branch managers to increase awareness and inclusion for customers who may need additional support. This included practical strategies for in-branch implementation and guidance on recognising and supporting parent carers of SEND children.

  • Douglas Stewart
Provided strategic insight into assistive and educational technology, and its role in supporting SEND students and inclusive learning environments.

  • The Friendzone + Puttshack
Brought in as a consultant to advise on accessibility and inclusion for their events.

I developed a full Accessibility Guide as part of this work, which continues to support their ongoing commitment to inclusivity.

  • ImROC
Played a key role in their charity launch and the development of their neurodiversity programme. This work helped shape their internal strategy and led to the formation of a dedicated ND team.

  • Citizens UK
Contributed to a successful campaign focused on funding for SEND families and carers—supporting strategy, messaging, and mobilisation efforts.

  • Hackney Council
Worked closely with the Head of SEND to advise on inclusion strategy and engagement. I’ve also collaborated with CAMHS to deliver workshops with parent carers. In addition to my work in Hackney, I’ve led autism awareness and parent carer inclusion sessions across multiple local authorities—delivering in schools, community centres, and wider council spaces. These sessions have helped bridge gaps, rebuild trust, and strengthen outreach between services and the families they aim to support.

  • BBC & ITV
Invited to speak on national news during the pandemic to highlight the challenges faced by SEND children and their families. The media coverage helped raise public awareness and contributed to the government’s decision to allow SEND children to return to school earlier during lockdown.

My approach is collaborative, honest and action-oriented. Whether it's reviewing internal policies, co-creating inclusive resources, advising on campaigns or supporting leadership teams—my work focuses on building systems that work for more people, not just the majority.

Brand Campaigns

As a content creator and creative partner, I’ve collaborated with brands to create campaigns that centre real life, real families, and real inclusion. My work focuses on sharing stories that reflect underrepresented experiences—without relying on stereotypes or tokenism.

These partnerships have covered everything from disability and parenting to beauty and lifestyle—bridging the gap between authentic representation and strong brand messaging.

Some of the brands I’ve worked with include:

  • LOL Surprise

  • Denman Brush

  • Kickers Shoes

  • BBC Tiny Happy People

  • Child’s Farm

Many of these campaigns featured my children and our family life—offering relatable, access-led storytelling that resonated across communities. From sensory-friendly parenting tips to beauty content that celebrates difference, these collaborations have always been about visibility that makes sense and makes space.

I’ve also supported campaigns through content development, script support, community insight, and consultancy—blending creativity with lived experience to produce work that feels real, relatable and representative.

  • Micro Scooters

  • Born Anxious

  • Made by Coopers

  • Innocent Smoothies

Alongside the work, I’ve been fortunate to receive media attention and public recognition that has helped amplify the voices and communities I advocate for.

I’ve featured in interviews and stories with:

  • BBC

  • ITV

  • The Voice

  • The Sun

  • Fabulous Magazine

  • Hackney & Islington Gazette

  • Love What Matters

  • Multiple guest blogs and editorial features

I’ve also been nominated for the National Diversity Awards three years in a row for my work in inclusion and representation.

These moments aren’t the goal—but they’re part of the journey. They help push the message further, bring new opportunities, and remind people that representation, when done properly, can shift perceptions and drive change.

What People Are Saying

Clients & Partners

Here’s what some of my valued clients and partners have to say about our collaborations and the outcomes we’ve achieved.

“Charlotte Pearson, a neurodiversity expert, brought a unique perspective to DS Live, sharing her vast expertise, knowledge, and invaluable insights on neurodiversity. Charlotte's engaging talk enlightened us on the pivotal role of assistive technology in school settings, demonstrating how it serves as an invaluable tool for every learner. Her ability to connect with the audience and provide practical, actionable advice was remarkable. Thanks to Charlotte, resellers now have a deeper understanding of how to support diverse learning needs, making her session a highlight of the event.”

Parent Carers

I’m grateful to have worked alongside incredible parents and carers within the community group I started. Their trust and feedback mean the world to me, and I’m proud to share some of their thoughts. These reviews highlight the impact we’ve made together, and I hope they give you a sense of the support and empowerment I strive to provide for all families.

“Charlotte is a role model for all around awareness of neurodiversity. Charlotte shows such incredible determination and passion to share her own experiences for the better of others which allows her to be a fantastic spokesperson for these topics. Charlotte is also a wonderful mother and clearly wants her children to have a great life as well as supporting others to do so. ”

Jane

SEND Parent Carer

“Charlotte advocate hard for her children and genuinely cares about other families with similar challenges or even different challenges to her and her family. Charlotte doesn’t know me but I know she cares about me and my autistic son and our well-being. I know she cares about us having equal opportunities, lovely and easier experience, knowing correct information and our rights. I just know this. Following her page has made me a more confident mum, now when I advocate for my own child, I don’t get overwhelmed and cry I am stronger and know exactly what needs to be said and done. She has given me confidence she doesn’t even know about as I hardly interact on social media other than like posts. I’m grateful to have found her on an Instagram love and then follow her”

“After struggling for years trying to get my daughter diagnosed I heard about the parent carer support in a group I was attending arranged by CAHMS. All I can say is Charlotte was the best thing which came out of the whole process. She allowed me into my safe haven. Meeting other parents who were going through the same things as me. I didn't feel alone anymore. After all these years I can say she's more of a sister and friend whom I can rely on and know can call at anytime for support. Thank you Charlotte for being who you are and what your support has done for me and Asya.

With love x”

“Charlotte openness and honesty are what have enabled her to reach so many people - there is no sugar- coating and she talks about the positives and negatives of being an ND parent of ND children. Having been part of the network that she created, I have seen how her energy for positive change has Motivated others, and led to parents improving their knowledge, understanding and resilience. She understands fully the importance of community and peer support, as well as the premise that we are stronger together”

Claire

SEND Parent Carer

“I cannot rate Charlotte enough! Even though she is very busy in her job as well as being a mum, she has managed to help me just in time for my mandatory reconsideration deadline. She offers reasonable rates and is quick and effective in delivering the finished work. I would definitely recommend her professional and definitely no nonsense service. And I will be back seeking her help if needed.”

— Magda

SEND Parent Carer

“Charlottes lived experience places in an entirely different category, she is very knowledgeable and without knowing it a sheer force of power to inspire others, she is a grieve advocate of her own children but will happily help anyone else who needs it. She’s been clapping for others for around ten years and continues to do so. She is unaware of her energy and presence and as a neurodiverse person her out of the box thinking and creativity needs to be recognised and celebrated. Charlotte is one of life’s one off she is passionate about helping others and places her own needs last always. For Charlotte nothing is out of the question with reasonable adjustments time effort and thought.”
