Projects & Partnership

I’m really proud of the work I do, and honestly, it’s been a journey. Every project and partnership you see here has been about creating something meaningful—whether that’s opening up conversations about inclusion, helping brands make their spaces more accessible, or just showing what representation can look like.

It’s not always smooth sailing. Advocacy can be tough, and sometimes the work feels uphill. But the moments where real change happens—those are what make it all worth it.

Here’s a glimpse into what I’m working on now and some of the projects that have shaped my journey so far.

The Friendzone

Now, I’ve had the privilege of crafting adjustments that can help others feel more comfortable and included, whether they’re navigating social anxiety, neurodivergence, or just trying not to panic about what to say during an icebreaker. Some of these changes include introducing tools like a Visual Access Guide, "What to Expect" documents, and clearer instructions for activities and games. For those who feel anxious about ambiguous wording or instructions that leave too much room for interpretation, these tweaks can make all the difference.

I’ll also be implementing a Zen Zone at future events, complete with a sensory table for anyone who needs a moment to recharge. The Access Guide also features a Social Story, which walks attendees through the event so they can feel prepared and at ease before they even arrive.

At the last event, I invited a few guests who shared similar challenges to see how the adjustments worked for them. Watching them go from hesitant wallflowers to confident, chatty social butterflies by the end of the night was proof of how thoughtful changes can transform the experience. And if you're more of a comfortable caterpillar than a social butterfly, that’s okay too—this is a space for you to connect in a way that feels right for you.

I’m incredibly proud to be collaborating with Asia on this and to help create a space where anyone—introverts, extroverts, and yes, even the "I’ll-just-hover-here-with-my-drink" troverts —can connect comfortably.

Reconnecting and Rethinking:

A Full Circle Collaboration

I’m so excited to be working with The Friend Zone, a fantastic social event founded by my old school friend, Asia Diaz. Since 2014, it’s been bringing people in London together through fun games, creative icebreakers, and that perfect mix of awkward-but-endearing energy (you know the one). Whether you're an introvert, extrovert, or somewhere in between, The Friend Zone is all about making connection easy and enjoyable in the big, sometimes lonely city.

This collaboration is delivered through my expertise as a neurodiversity advocate and the services of my company, The MosaiQs Ltd, which focuses on creating inclusive solutions and accessible strategies.

Asia and I reconnected recently after years of doing our own thing—her in event management and me in advocating for neurodiversity and accessibility. When she reached out to see how the event could be made more inclusive, I jumped at the chance. Having attended the very first Friend Zone back in 2014—pre-autism and ADHD diagnosis—I remember how overwhelming these spaces could feel, even if I didn’t quite know why at the time.

Shakespeares Globe

A Step Into the Spotlight

We recently had the amazing opportunity to model for Shakespeare’s Globe – a venue with so much history and cultural significance. As a neurodivergent family, positive representation really matters to us, so being part of this project felt important in so many ways.

What made the experience even more special was how inclusive and welcoming the entire production team was. From start to finish, they created a space where we felt comfortable, valued, and free to be ourselves. It’s not every day you get to work with such an iconic venue, and we’re really grateful for the experience.

This was especially exciting for our son, who dreams of becoming an actor. Seeing himself in this space, working with such a brilliant team, and being part of something so special was a real confidence boost. It’s moments like these that show him—and so many others—that there’s a place for neurodivergent people in the arts.

We’re excited to share this with you and hope to keep working on projects that champion inclusivity, representation, and the next generation of performers.
