INCLUSIVE BRAND & SOCIAL IMPACT STRATEGIST
Driven by lived experience and professional expertise.
The Work Behind the Vision
I don’t do boxes, and I don’t believe in silos.
Real change doesn’t come from one approach, one industry, or one type of person.
That’s why I created The MosaiQs — my business, built on inclusion, intersectionality, and doing things properly, not performatively.
It’s not one-size-fits-all. It’s a mosaic.
Every part matters — and when we bring the right pieces together, we get real results.
The MosaiQs
Intersectional strategy. Innovative solutions. Sustainable social impact.
My business. The bigger picture.
The MosaiQs is about creating real inclusion that actually works — not just ticks a box.
It brings together people, communities, and decision-makers to shift how systems work.
From advocacy and access to leadership and lived experience — this is where it all starts.
It’s rooted in intersectionality, led by community, and designed to drive change across sectors — because inclusion can’t happen in isolation.
SHARDS
Inclusive Brand & Talent Consultancy
Where strategy meets authenticity.
Sharp with an edge.
Shards isn’t a talent agency — it’s a consultancy for bold brands and underrepresented professionals ready to do things differently.
We help talent grow with intention and show up with impact.
We help brands build inclusion that runs deeper — from casting and campaigns to contracts, pay, and communication.
We give talent the edge, and we sharpen brand impact where it matters most.
Want to stop winging it and actually get it right?

Inclusion isn’t one-dimensional,
and neither is the work I do.
I’m Charlotte Marian Pearson, an advocate, consultant, speaker, and content creator. My work spans multiple sectors—from corporate spaces and education to events, media, and community work—because real inclusion doesn’t sit neatly in one category. I challenge outdated ideas of what accessibility looks like and help organisations, brands, and service providers make meaningful change that actually works for real people.
Whether I’m delivering a keynote speech at a tech conference or walking the runway in Paris for Sephora, consulting on workplace culture, advising brands on authentic representation, supporting parent carers, mentoring emerging creatives, or helping event organisers improve accessibility, my approach is always the same—practical, honest, and built on lived experience and professional insight.
With over 15 years of experience spanning grassroots work, talent development, brand strategy, and inclusive practice as a specialist consultant, I’ve supported individuals and organisations to grow, shift perspectives, and show up with purpose. From boardrooms to backstage, I’ve helped shape conversations around visibility, identity, and impact—always with a focus on action, not just awareness.
I don’t do box-ticking exercises. I don’t do surface-level diversity work. I help people and organisations understand why inclusion matters, where gaps exist, and how to bridge them in ways that are impactful, sustainable, and human.
I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT
CREATING SPACES WHERE EVERYONE FEELS SEEN, VALUED AND INCLUDED.
As a neurodivergent woman of colour, a SEND parent carer, and someone diagnosed later in life with autism and ADHD, I’ve built my life and career around the intersection of lived experience and professional expertise. These experiences have shaped not just what I do, but how I do it—always with empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to breaking barriers.

More Than Just a Talk—
It’s About Real Conversations
I don’t believe in stiff, corporate-style presentations that feel like a checkbox exercise. Whether I’m speaking at a tech conference, a leadership retreat, or a panel on representation, my talks are honest, engaging, and rooted in lived experience—the kind that sparks actual conversations, not just passive listening.
I cover a range of topics, from neurodiversity and intersectionality to practical inclusion strategies that organisations can actually implement. No jargon, no over-complicated theories—just real insights that help people think differently and take action.

How Can I Help?
Inclusion looks different in every space, which is why the way I work is adaptable—not just a one-size-fits-all approach.
Let’s create change that matters.
Here’s how I can support you:
-
Helping businesses, service providers, and organisations improve workplace culture, customer experience, and accessibility in ways that actually work for real people.
-
Delivering engaging, thought-provoking talks and discussions on neurodiversity, intersectionality, representation, and practical inclusion.
-
I work with schools, local authorities, and grassroots initiatives to build real, meaningful support networks for SEND families, parent carers, and marginalised communities. This isn’t about assumptions or one-size-fits-all solutions—it’s about listening, understanding, and working alongside people to create change that genuinely meets their needs.
By taking the time to hear lived experiences, build trust, and recognise the intersection of race, culture, religion, socio-economic background, neurodiversity, gender, and more, I help organisations create support systems that are adaptable, relevant, and shaped by the people they serve.
-
Helping event organisers make their spaces more welcoming and accessible—from live-streaming services and sensory accommodations to panel curation and audience engagement strategies.

Celebrating Diversity as a Family
For us, positive representation isn’t just a concept—it’s part of our everyday lives. As a neurodivergent family, we’ve had the privilege of working with incredible organisations that champion inclusion in meaningful ways. From walking the runway together to featuring in campaigns with brands that truly celebrate diversity, every opportunity has been a chance to share our story and push for greater visibility.
Our journey has taken us to iconic spaces like Madame Tussauds, The Shakespeare’s Globe, and The Design Museum, where we’ve helped shape more inclusive narratives. We’ve collaborated with brands such as McDonald's, Scope, and Christina Aguilera, bringing representation to national campaigns, TV appearances, and media interviews that reach thousands.
These moments are more than just features—they are about showing what’s possible. Whether it’s breaking barriers on the runway, advocating for accessibility in media, or working with leading organisations to create change, we are committed to ensuring diversity is seen, heard, and celebrated at every level.
Here are just a few highlights from our journey…

Building Impact and Trust
I’ve collaborated with leading brands, co-founded SEND-focused communities, and led campaigns that challenge stigma and promote inclusion. My work has been recognised through award nominations, media attention and impactful results.

I’m grateful to have worked alongside incredible parents and carers within the community group I started. Their trust and feedback mean the world to me, and I’m proud to share some of their thoughts. These reviews highlight the impact we’ve made together, and I hope they give you a sense of the support and empowerment I strive to provide for all families.
“Charlotte is a role model for all around awareness of neurodiversity. Charlotte shows such incredible determination and passion to share her own experiences for the better of others which allows her to be a fantastic spokesperson for these topics. Charlotte is also a wonderful mother and clearly wants her children to have a great life as well as supporting others to do so. ”

“Charlotte advocate hard for her children and genuinely cares about other families with similar challenges or even different challenges to her and her family. Charlotte doesn’t know me but I know she cares about me and my autistic son and our well-being. I know she cares about us having equal opportunities, lovely and easier experience, knowing correct information and our rights. I just know this. Following her page has made me a more confident mum, now when I advocate for my own child, I don’t get overwhelmed and cry I am stronger and know exactly what needs to be said and done. She has given me confidence she doesn’t even know about as I hardly interact on social media other than like posts. I’m grateful to have found her on an Instagram love and then follow her”

“After struggling for years trying to get my daughter diagnosed I heard about the parent carer support in a group I was attending arranged by CAHMS. All I can say is Charlotte was the best thing which came out of the whole process. She allowed me into my safe haven. Meeting other parents who were going through the same things as me. I didn't feel alone anymore. After all these years I can say she's more of a sister and friend whom I can rely on and know can call at anytime for support. Thank you Charlotte for being who you are and what your support has done for me and Asya.
With love x”

“Charlotte openness and honesty are what have enabled her to reach so many people - there is no sugar- coating and she talks about the positives and negatives of being an ND parent of ND children. Having been part of the network that she created, I have seen how her energy for positive change has Motivated others, and led to parents improving their knowledge, understanding and resilience. She understands fully the importance of community and peer support, as well as the premise that we are stronger together”

“I cannot rate Charlotte enough! Even though she is very busy in her job as well as being a mum, she has managed to help me just in time for my mandatory reconsideration deadline. She offers reasonable rates and is quick and effective in delivering the finished work. I would definitely recommend her professional and definitely no nonsense service. And I will be back seeking her help if needed.”
— Magda

“Charlottes lived experience places in an entirely different category, she is very knowledgeable and without knowing it a sheer force of power to inspire others, she is a grieve advocate of her own children but will happily help anyone else who needs it. She’s been clapping for others for around ten years and continues to do so. She is unaware of her energy and presence and as a neurodiverse person her out of the box thinking and creativity needs to be recognised and celebrated. Charlotte is one of life’s one off she is passionate about helping others and places her own needs last always. For Charlotte nothing is out of the question with reasonable adjustments time effort and thought.”
